BuildGenuity was founded in 2016 as a real estate development company purchasing several properties for the purpose of designing and constructing new state-of-the-art luxury residences.

By 2019 we had successfully developed and sold several residences in areas such as Encino, Los Angeles, Tarzana, Venice and West Hollywood. As we brought our homes to market, Realtors praised our designs and raved about the quality of our construction. It became common to hear that we should consider expanding our services to include Client-based projects by agents and potential buyers promoting the exceptional quality of our homes. That quality is the direct result of a highly creative and experienced team of design and construction professionals.

During this period, BuildGenuity established its brand and is now prepared to evolve into a full service design / build firm as early as property acquisition and site analysis to assisting Clients through the process from conceptual design to executing complete construction and post-construction services.

The firm is based in Los Angeles, California and is a licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor focused on creative projects of exceptional value.
